The Trianon building is the most recently completed project of HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic . It is exemplary modern office building that is able to fulfil the needs of the most demanding tenants. Trianon was awarded third place within the 2009 Best of Realty competition.
The building offers a total of 18,500 m2 of office space and consists of three basic parts. The main building is composed of an eight-storey longitudinal block with four six-storey perpendicular wings. The dominant part of the building is the twelve-storey cylindrical tower located at the corner. The concept allows for a maximally flexible layout adaptable to the users’ requirements. The areas can be divided into individual offices, where the size is a multiple of the basic 1.35 m grid. The total depth of the building, together with the 3.0 m ceilings also allows for open-plan spaces.
Trianon features state-of-the-art technical equipment. Great emphasis has been placed on the economical operation of the building. Our aim is to offer the user an optimal price/quality ratio.
Two thirds of the building have been let to Ceska sporitelna. The building has also become home for companies such as TNS Aisa, Alwil Software, Pojistovna Ceske sporitelny, Allianz pojistovna or Kolkovna restaurant.
