Completed projects
HOCHTIEF Development has four successfully completed projects in its portfolio. The first one, Hadovka Office Park, was already completed in the company’s third year of existence. It was followed by Technopark Pekařská in 2003 and Kavčí Hory Office Park in 2008. The last completed project is Trianon, which was officially opened in 2009.
All projects were sold to end investors before the start of or during construction.
When choosing the locations for these projects, we mainly focused on good accessibility by public transport and cars, as well as on the civic amenities in the surroundings. The facilities also include relaxation zones for employees.
All projects are successfully leased at the present time.
